Originally developed as a practical method for strengthening and repairing clothing, Sashiko has evolved into a stunning decorative stitching technique featuring simple geometric patterns and repetitive hand stitching.
In this hands-on workshop you'll learn the history behind Sashiko, practice traditional stitches and create your own stitched sampler or decorative piece to take home.
