Matariki Poi Making Workshop
Celebrate the Matariki season by creating your own handmade poi.
Poi have long been used in Māori culture for movement, storytelling, rhythm and connection. During this workshop you'll create a pair of poi to take home while learning about their cultural significance and place within Aotearoa.
This workshop is suitable for adults, rangatahi and whānau wanting to celebrate Matariki through hands-on creativity.
