Natural Sunscreen Workshop

Come along and make your own sunscreen using natural ingredients!

Natural sunscreen creates a protective barrier, but doesn't absorb into your skin like most chemical sunscreens. It generally has an SPF of 30-40, and is broad spectrum. It's also better for the environment, meaning it doesn’t harm wildlife when you swim in the ocean or when you wash it off at home. And bonus - you don't have to buy plastic bottles!

Please bring $10 to cover the cost of the ingredients, and a wide-rimmed recycled jar to take home your sunscreen in (around the size of a salsa jar).
