About the event
~Seasonal Sessions~ will be held to celebrate the seasons of the year. We will do crafts suited to the season, and invite the sharing of stories about what this time of year means for us in our own lives, in the cultures we have come from, and in this land we call home, Aotearoa.
This time we're celebrating the Spring Equinox, also called Ostara, Te Kōanga, the time of equal night and day. It's the time of new life, shoots of budding plants, and new ideas and life within us too.
We will share what this time of year means to us, and then we'll be making eggs out of recycled paper & seeds, which can be planted, thrown, or hidden somewhere where they'll grow!
Seeds will be bee-attracting flowers suitable for your garden or yard.
Message us any questions & to let us know if you're coming!
Koha (coins, time credits, or volunteering) is appreciated to support the space
